#EasyVegan dinner: Steamed/sautéed brussels sprouts, peas, and onion.
This just takes ten minutes to make! First prepare the veggies by steaming the brussels sprouts (steamer or microwave) for 2-3 minutes and blanching the peas for about 90 seconds. While those are cooking, start sautéing half a sweet onion with a tablespoon of olive oil. When your greens are done and the onion is just about ready (it’ll be delicious-smelling), throw everything in with the onion, season with crazy salt, and stir for a few minutes. Enjoy!
