Easy, fast, high-protein vegan meal!
Sautee half a package (5g) of baby bella mushrooms and one clove of minced garlic in a dash of grapeseed oil on medium-high heat. After a few minutes, reduce heat and add half a serving of tempeh (it’s really filling!) chopped into 1/4-in pieces with 1 tbsp. of balsamic vinaigrette.
Meanwhile, fill a wide pan with about half an inch of cold water and bring to a boil. Add green beans, cover, and let steam on high heat for 3-5 minutes (around 3:45 is perfect, on my stove!).
Raise the heat on the mushrooms back to medium-high, getting everything delicious and crispy while the green beans cook. Then plate and enjoy!
